You can have a colleague who is sociable and friendly. But if that colleague is not capable and therefore provides extra work, it is still difficult to like him. If you are in a choir or a theater club, it is about being a fanatic at the club in a pleasant way. You always know your lyrics and your notes. You immerse yourself in the music or the play and you are enthusiastic. You are never afraid to roll up your sleeves when setting up the stage, painting the sets, testing the sound system and lighting. You are in a working group or on the club’s board.
